What age do I need to work on the platform?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply as a tutor.
What is the maximum income I can earn on the platform?
There is no maximum. We set a minimum of $10 per class, but you can charge what you want. Keep in mind that higher prices may make it harder to attract students, but if you have enough experience, don’t hesitate to charge what you think your service is worth.
Is there a minimum number of classes I must teach?
No, there is no minimum number of classes required to remain active as a tutor on the platform.
Is there a minimum rating required to stay as a tutor?
We care about tutor performance, but we don’t require a minimum rating to remain on the platform. However, remember that low ratings and poor student feedback will make it harder to get new students.
What happens if I teach a student I met on the platform outside of it?
We constantly monitor these situations. If we find out, you will be permanently banned from the platform.
What happens if my student doesn’t show up to class?
If the student doesn’t attend and you provide proof that you did, the client simply loses their class, and you won’t be penalized.
When do I receive my payment?
You will receive your payment according to the membership plan you chose. The amount will include everything earned until the day before the payment date.
• Membership 1: payments on the 1st of each month.
• Membership 2: payments on the 1st and 15th of each month.
• Membership 3: payments on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of each month.
What types of services can I offer on the platform?
1) One-on-one video call lessons with screen sharing.
2) One-on-one in-game lessons.
3) Being hired to play alongside users in team games to help them win.
4) Uploading and selling your own courses.

How do I book a class?
Log in, use the main search bar, apply the filters, select a tutor, choose a date and time, select the class type, make the payment, and attend the session. After the class, you can rate the tutor (1–5 stars) and leave a comment.
How do I buy a course?
Log in, type the game name in the search bar, browse available courses, select one, make the payment, and you will have access to it for one year. Once finished, you can rate and comment on the course.
What if the tutor doesn’t attend the class?
Contact our support team to review the case. If approved, you will receive a refund or be able to reschedule. If not, no compensation will be given.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
It is your responsibility to carefully choose your tutor. If you are not satisfied, you can express this in your review and rating.
What happens if something unexpected prevents me from attending?
Notify your tutor as soon as possible. Whether you can reschedule depends on the tutor and how early you give notice.
What if the game I want to learn isn’t listed?
You can contact support to suggest finding tutors for that game.
How long does a refund take if the tutor doesn’t attend?
Refunds may take up to 30 days. Rescheduling may be a quicker alternative.
How often can I take classes?
As often as you need. You can try different tutors to complement your learning.
Can I apply as a tutor?
If you have strong teaching skills and enough knowledge, yes—you can apply!
